Shipment Processing Time:
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipments are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. We dispatch orders directly from multiple warehouses promptly after processing.
In case of high order volumes, there may be slight delays in shipment. Therefore, we recommend allowing additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 48 hours. This allows you to track your delivery status.

MoldsShop.com is not liable for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes).
Damages:
If you receive a damaged product, please photograph it and email us at moldsshop1@gmail.com immediately. We only replace damaged items within 48 hours of order receipt.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
